LTD "VIZMO STUDIJA" is a studio of natural environment aesthetics and well-being in the center of Riga, Baznīcas Street 34. • Stress reduction and micro-breaks: Practical lessons for adults( especially for working and busy women) . That's why we teach people to practically apply micro-pauses to notice body signals in time and prevent exhaustion;
• NATURAL ALGORITHM METHOD: A registered method that uses natural laws, exercises, and materials as a basis for restoring well-being and balance;

We invite you to start studying and mastering the profession of Bath Housekeeper at an accredited vocational education institution. Two-level vocational education is provided: sauna master( duration of study 2 years), bath-house attendant( duration of studies 1 year) .
